Vomiting Jimmy Kimmel brands Donald Trump Jr an attention seeker over wedding snaps... while conveniently forgetting his antics at his own nuptials

Published: 00:22, 5 June 2026 | Updated: 00:24, 5 June 2026 Jimmy Kimmel slammed Donald Trump Jr. over his wedding photos, labeling him an 'attention seeker' before launching into a mock vomiting bit.  The vomit bomb exploded during Wednesday night's opening monologue, when Kimmel pretended to throw up on Guillermo Rodriguez after watching a romantic clip of Don Jr and Bettina Anderson. 'You know, on Memorial Day weekend, Don Jr, the fraudigal son, married a woman named Bettina Anderson, and they made their blessed union Instagram official. They posted a honeymoon video,' Kimmel said. 'Now this is something that regular people do all the time. For a sitting president’s son, I believe this is a first and hopefully a last.' He then played the clip, set to an acoustic cover of the Ronettes' 1963 song Be My Baby, showing the newlyweds smiling cheek-to-cheek and sharing a passionate kiss on a beach in the Bahamas.  The camera panned back to Kimmel after the kiss as he covered his mouth, dramatically saying: 'Oh. Oh, God.'  A powerful stream of nasty fake throw up spewed out of Kimmel's mouth, piling onto Rodriguez. 'Oh, I’m so sorry. Oh. Oh, gosh, I’m sorry. Very sorry. I don’t know what-' Kimmel said, before the bit happened again. 'I’m sorry, Guillermo. Ugh.' When they started kissing, I...' before one last spew exploded all over the sidekick. 'Oh, I couldn’t keep it in. I, I apologize. Nothing like this ever happened before,' the late night show host said. However, Kimmel's jab overlooked the fact that he had pulled similar attention-grabbing antics with photos from his own wedding.  When Kimmel wed Molly McNearney in Ojai, California, in 2013, the couple released their wedding photos exclusively to PEOPLE magazine.  At the time, numerous media outlets published photos from Kimmel's wedding, which even featured one of his guests arriving in a wedding gown as a playful gag.  Invitations for Kimmel's wedding asked guests to donate to charity instead of giving gifts.  Attendees included Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Howard Stern, Emily Blunt, and John Krasinski, according to PEOPLE.  Kimmel proposed to McNearney the year before while they were vacationing in South Africa. Around 40 people flew in to the tropical paradise to witness the ceremony Kimmel's jab overlooked the fact that he had pulled similar attention-grabbing antics with photos from his own wedding Don Jr and his partner married on May 21 and celebrated their wedding in the Bahamas on May 23.  The bride proclaimed her new status, updating her name on Instagram, with an accompanying photo - the words 'Mrs Trump' embroidered into an ivory gown. In case further clarification were needed, her bio now reads: 'Married. Not domesticated.' The wedding on Little Pipe Cay in the Bahamas was, it seems, a blissful, joyful affair. Around 40 people flew in to the tropical paradise to witness the ceremony - among them Trump Jr's five children from his first marriage, and his three oldest siblings: Ivanka, Eric and Tiffany.  The groom's father, President Donald Trump, remained in Washington DC. Rumors abound that a larger, White House celebration is to come. But whatever the case, though the engagement lasted barely six months, the marriage was - for Bettina at least - long-awaited.
