باستخدامك لموقع وتطبيق خبر ("khabr.news")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام خدماتنا. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع الزوار والمستخدمين المسجلين ومستخدمي التطبيق.

By accessing or using the Khabr website and mobile application ("khabr.news"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and app users. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

خبر هو منصة إخبارية ذكية تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، مسجلة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية تحت سجل رقم 82086. نقدم الخدمات التالية:

• •جمع وتصنيف الأخبار من أكثر من 700 مصدر إخباري معتمد
• •تحليلات ذكية وملخصات أصلية لكل خبر باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي
• •رواية صوتية بالذكاء الاصطناعي (تحويل النص إلى كلام)
• •ترجمة تلقائية متعددة اللغات (عربي، إنجليزي، فرنسي، تركي)
• •تدقيق الحقائق بالذكاء الاصطناعي
• •بث مباشر لأكثر من 228 قناة تلفزيونية

Khabr is an AI-powered news platform registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (Registration #82086). We provide the following services:

• •Curating and categorizing news from over 700 trusted sources
• •Original AI-powered editorial analysis and summaries for every article
• •AI audio narration (text-to-speech)
• •Multi-language translation (Arabic, English, French, Turkish)
• •AI fact-checking capabilities
• •Live streaming of 228+ TV channels

يمكنك تصفح خبر بدون حساب. التسجيل اختياري ويتيح ميزات إضافية مثل متابعة المصادر، حفظ الأخبار المفضلة، وتخصيص التنبيهات. عند إنشاء حساب:

• •أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك
• •يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة
• •يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 سنة أو أكثر
• •يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط

You may browse Khabr without an account. Registration is optional and enables additional features such as following sources, saving favorites, and customizing notifications. When creating an account:

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •You must provide accurate and current information
• •You must be at least 13 years of age
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

عند استخدام خدماتنا، أنت توافق على عدم: | When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• •استخدام الخدمة لأغراض غير قانونية أو محظورة | Use the service for unlawful or prohibited purposes
• •محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به لأنظمتنا أو حسابات المستخدمين الآخرين | Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• •نسخ أو استخراج أو إعادة توزيع المحتوى تجارياً بدون إذن كتابي | Copy, scrape, or redistribute content commercially without written permission
• •استخدام بوتات أو أدوات آلية لجمع البيانات من المنصة | Use bots or automated tools to scrape data from the platform
• •نشر أو مشاركة محتوى مسيء أو تمييزي أو تحريضي | Post or share abusive, discriminatory, or inciting content
• •التدخل في أمن أو أداء المنصة | Interfere with the security or performance of the platform
• •انتحال هوية أي شخص أو كيان | Impersonate any person or entity

تستخدم خبر تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لإنتاج محتوى أصلي يشمل الملخصات الذكية، التحليلات التحريرية، والترجمات. هذا المحتوى:

• •يُعَلَّم بوضوح على أنه مُنتَج بالذكاء الاصطناعي
• •يهدف لتسهيل الفهم وليس بديلاً عن المصدر الأصلي
• •قد يحتوي على أخطاء رغم سعينا للدقة
• •ملكيته الفكرية تعود لشركة خبر

Khabr uses AI technology to produce original content including smart summaries, editorial analysis, and translations. This content:

• •Is clearly labeled as AI-generated
• •Is intended to aid understanding, not replace original sources
• •May contain inaccuracies despite our best efforts
• •Is the intellectual property of Khabr

المحتوى الإخباري المُجمَّع يعود لمصادره الأصلية مع الإشارة الكاملة للمصدر. المحتوى الأصلي الذي تنتجه خبر (الملخصات، التحليلات، التصميم، الشعار، والعلامة التجارية) هو ملكية حصرية لشركة الخبر الأول للخدمات الإعلامية.

Aggregated news content belongs to its original sources with full attribution. Original content produced by Khabr (summaries, analyses, design, logo, and branding) is the exclusive property of Al-Khabar Al-Awal Media Services LLC.

يُمنع إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو نقل أو عرض أي جزء من المنصة دون إذن كتابي مسبق من خبر.

Reproduction, distribution, transmission, or display of any part of the platform without prior written permission from Khabr is prohibited.

قد يحتوي موقعنا على روابط لمواقع أو خدمات تابعة لأطراف ثالثة. نحن لا نتحكم في محتوى هذه المواقع ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عنها. زيارتك لهذه المواقع تخضع لشروطها وسياساتها الخاصة.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control the content of these sites and are not responsible for them. Your visit to these sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

نعرض إعلانات من شبكات إعلانية مثل Google AdSense. هذه الإعلانات تخضع لسياسات الشبكة الإعلانية المعنية.

We display advertisements from advertising networks such as Google AdSense. These advertisements are subject to the respective advertising network's policies.

خبر منصة تقنية إعلامية تقدم محتوى محسّناً بالذكاء الاصطناعي. بينما نسعى لضمان دقة وجودة المحتوى المعروض، فإننا:

• •لا نتحمل مسؤولية القرارات المبنية على المحتوى المعروض
• •لا نقدم نصائح طبية أو قانونية أو مالية

Khabr is a media technology platform providing AI-enhanced content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we:

• •Do not guarantee content is free from errors
• •Are not responsible for decisions based on displayed content
• •Do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون الأردني، لن تكون خبر أو مسؤولوها أو موظفوها أو شركاؤها مسؤولين عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو تأديبية ناتجة عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام خدماتنا.

To the maximum extent permitted by Jordanian law, Khabr, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

يتم تقديم الخدمة "كما هي" و"كما هو متاح" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات القابلية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معين.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

أنت توافق على تعويض خبر وحمايتها من أي مطالبات أو خسائر أو أضرار أو نفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة) الناشئة عن استخدامك للمنصة أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط.

You agree to indemnify and hold Khabr harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى الخدمة في أي وقت ولأي سبب دون إشعار مسبق. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر صفحة الإعدادات أو بالتواصل معنا.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting us.

عند الإنهاء، تنتهي جميع حقوقك في استخدام الخدمة، لكن تظل الأقسام التي تتطلب طبيعتها البقاء سارية المفعول.

Upon termination, all your rights to use the service cease, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

نحترم حقوق الملكية الفكرية. إذا كنت تعتقد أن أي محتوى على منصتنا ينتهك حقوق النشر الخاصة بك، يرجى إرسال إشعار يتضمن:

• 2.رابط المحتوى المُخالف على منصتنا
• 3.معلومات الاتصال الخاصة بك
• 4.إقرار بحسن النية بأن الاستخدام غير مصرح به

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice including:

• 1.Description of the copyrighted work
• 2.URL of the infringing content on our platform
• 3.Your contact information
• 4.A good faith statement that the use is not authorized

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث". للتغييرات الجوهرية، سنبذل جهداً معقولاً لإخطار المستخدمين المسجلين عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل التطبيق.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-app notification.

استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد نشر التعديلات يعني موافقتك على الشروط المعدّلة.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

في حال نشوء أي نزاع يتعلق بهذه الشروط أو استخدام المنصة، يتفق الطرفان على محاولة حل النزاع ودياً خلال 30 يوماً. في حال عدم التوصل لحل، يُحال النزاع إلى المحاكم المختصة في عمّان، الأردن.

In the event of any dispute relating to these terms or use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، بما في ذلك قانون المطبوعات والنشر وقانون الجرائم الإلكترونية المعمول بهما.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including applicable press and publications laws and cybercrime legislation.

إذا تبيّن أن أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ أو غير صالح، يتم تعديل هذا البند بالحد الأدنى اللازم لجعله قابلاً للتنفيذ، وتظل بقية الشروط سارية المفعول بالكامل.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
