He said it would be the 'nerve centre' for his 'Manchesterism' and pledged to move power and money to the North, East and Midlands. However, Kemi Badenoch said Mr Burnham 'doesn't understand what he's talking about' and that he was trying to 'bribe voters' in the North.  So, do you think having a ‘No10 North’ will actually improve voters’ lives?
