نص مشروع لوزير الداخلية على أنه فيما يتعلق باستغلال الوسائل الرقمية في الحملات الانتخابية، على ألا يتجاوز ثلث المصاريف الانتخابية الخاصة لكل مترشح ومترشحة.
وكانت الحكومة صادقت اليوم الخميس على مرسوم يقترح رفع سقف المصاريف الانتخابية للمترشحين والمترشحات برسم الانتخابات المذكورة من 50 إلى 60 سنتيم بالنسبة لكل مرشح ومرشحة.
وأوضح المرسوم أنه في إطار ضبط وتدقيق المفاهيم المستعملة وبالنظر إلى لجوء المترشحين المتزايد إلى الوسائل الرقمية قصد التواصل مع الناخبين خلال حملاتهم الانتخابية لإقناعهم بالتصويت لفائدتهم، اقترح المرسوم فيما يتعلق بمصاريف إنجاز وبث وصلات إشهارية لها صلة بالحملة الانتخابية، اعتماد مفهوم “الوسائل الرقمية باعتباره مفهوما أكثر دقة وشمولية عوض مصطلح الأنترنيت، مع توسيع المحتوى الذي يمكن للمترشحين إنجازه وبثه عبر الوسائل الرقمية ليشمل فضلا عن الوصلات الإشهارية النداءات والمداخلات والحوارات وغيرها من الأنشطة ذات الصلة بالحملة الانتخابية.
