Pussycat Dolls forced to scrap tour dates after dismal ticket sales as band issues 'heartbroken' statement
The Pussycat Dolls have cancelled nearly all North American dates on their PCD Forever reunion tour following disappointing ticket demand.
The trio of Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, and Kimberly Wyatt will now perform just one US show at the OUTLOUD Music Festival during WeHo Pride in Los Angeles on June 6.
The announcement comes amid a wave of tour cancellations across the music industry, with the group saying they had taken “an honest look” at their US run before making the decision.
Fans who purchased tickets will receive automatic refunds.

“Dolls: We want to share an important update with you,” the group said in a statement posted to social media.
“When we announced the PCD Forever Tour, we hoped to bring the show to fans across the world.
“After taking an honest look at the North American run, we’ve made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel all but one of the North American dates.”
They added: “Our UK and European dates are still moving forward as planned, and the response has been incredible, with several shows already sold out.

“We are putting everything into making this show a true celebration of the music and the memories, for the fans who have been with us from the beginning and those discovering us for the first time.
“We’re working hard to create the kind of show we’ve always dreamed of bringing to you.”
The statement concluded: “We cannot wait to bring this reunion to Europe and make these nights unforgettable.”
Fans were quick to react to the announcement on social media.

One person wrote on X: “Is a Pussycat Dolls reunion even a reunion without all six girls, or was this tour doomed from the start because fans only really wanted to see the original lineup?”
Another suggested: “They should consider moving it to theatres with 1,000 seats.”
A third wrote: “They had their time some years ago, and to be honest, Nicole was always the star of the group while the rest of them hung around her. Their fanbase was never that big anyway.”
“Well at least they are honest and didn’t say they need to spend some time with their family. You win some you lose some… they will be fine,” another added. (sic)
However, many fans expressed disappointment.
“I’m so sad. I was so ready to see them live for the first time ever… I’m from Mexico,” one wrote.
“Because no one has fun money in the US right — we’re buying groceries — otherwise I’d be seeing my girl Nicole!!” another said.
Someone else added: "Smaller venues and more reasonable prices, and we PROMISE every show will sell out! I was so looking forward to seeing you but had a feeling this was coming." (sic)

British dates are still set to go ahead, including shows at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena on October 3 and London’s O2 Arena on October 13, alongside stops in Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Newcastle and Manchester.
The European leg will begin in Copenhagen on September 9, with Dublin’s 3Arena also on the schedule.
Lil' Kim will join as a special guest.
The reunion marks the group’s first tour since disbanding in 2010, following a brief return as a five-piece in 2019.

Ms Scherzinger, Ms Roberts and Ms Wyatt released the single Club Song in March to coincide with the tour announcement.
Speaking to Billboard in April, Ms Scherzinger said: “This is really exciting for us. To be able to reclaim The Pussycat Dolls within us, in this era of our lives.
“Celebrating the women that we’ve evolved into and have become, and are still becoming.”
The group originally formed in 1995 as a neo-burlesque troupe before achieving global success with hits including Don’t Cha and Buttons.
