The move comes in what is considered the second fastest growing region for streaming in the world, with Netflix the clear frontrunner. At an inaugural showcase event in Mexico City led by top execs, the streaming giant announced a massive commitment that entails doubling its original local programming by 2030, expanding its live sports coverage, digital stores and local creative infrastructure across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Chile.
