The panel found Sullivan had sex with this man – referred to only as Colleague A – in their workplace on March 4, 2021, and on January 8 and 17 of the following year, Wales Online reports.‌On the first occasion Sullivan was on a night shift when she took a female co-worker into the hospital's "hub shop".
