The streamer announced the CEOs’ pay in an SEC filing Thursday, which came out just as the Netflix execs were fielding analyst questions about their first-quarter 2026 earnings during a live-streamed interview. According to the filing, Sarandos and Peters both received a base salary of $3 million in 2025 and stock awards of $41.4 million. Neither of the co-CEOs had bonuses or option awards for the year. Each received a non-equity incentive plan compensation of more than $7 million. “All other compensation” for Sarandos stood at $2.5 million and for Peters it was $1.7 million.
