Lindsey Vonn all smiles as she's able to return to dumping out actual workout content again
المصدر: Fox News | Source: Fox NewsWhat a month it has been for Lindsey Vonn. She went from getting around with the help of crutches to wearing her first skin-tight dress in public, a major milestone in her recovery, to doing what she loves when she isn't skiing: sharing workout content.
The buildup to this moment has been weeks in the making. She was abs out at F1 earlier this month, just days out from putting the crutches down. She then, as mentioned, had her big moment in a dress for the first time in public.
Vonn's scars from destroying her leg in a horrific crash earlier this year were visible in the dress. She needed to cross that bridge in order to eventually get back to full strength. She would also need to cross the bridge to put in an actual workout in the gym.

That came this week, and the look on her face knowing that she would be able to slip into her form-fitting workout gear and post it on social media again says it all.
"The face I make when I can actually workout in the gym!" Vonn wrote. "Makes me so happy and excited I can’t even put it into words!"
This is vintage Lindsey Vonn. A devastating leg injury wasn't about to keep her from getting back to this. The wait is over, the content is back and all is right with the world once again.
We'll have to wait and see if the 41-year-old ever skis again. Back in March, she didn’t even want to entertain the idea of retirement. She'll quit the sport she loves when she damn well feels like it. Thank you very much.
The skiing legend, who avoided having her leg amputated, will for now continue to focus on her recovery and sweat-inducing gym content that has helped make her a legend off the slopes.
