This research, by the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal), followed over 7,000 adults aged 40 to 65 for five years.Researchers found that people who practised these habits tended to have a lower body mass index (BMI) over time. One of these habits is eating breakfast early. By having a longer break between dinner and the first meal the next day - usually done by eating dinner early - your body can digest food better without feeling too full late at night.
