2026•Güncelleme: 13 Nisan 2026İstanbulİsrail’in Ekim 2023’ten bu yana sürdürdüğü saldırılar ve ateşkes anlaşmasına rağmen insani yardım girişlerini kısıtlaması nedeniyle Gazze Şeridi’nde temel gıda fiyatları hızla artarken, halkın alım gücü ciddi şekilde geriledi. Yerel kaynaklardan ve saha gözlemlerinden derlenen bilgilere göre, sınır kapılarının büyük ölçüde kapalı tutulması ve insani yardım ile mal girişinin sınırlı seviyede kalması, özellikle sebze ve meyve fiyatlarında keskin artışlara yol açtı. İsrail’in uyguladığı abluka ve saldırıların etkisiyle Gazze’de ekonomik tablo giderek ağırlaşırken, geniş bir kesim temel ihtiyaçlarını karşılamakta zorlanıyor. Gazze’deki pazarlarda yapılan gözlemler, domates, patlıcan ve soğan gibi sebzelerde ciddi fiyat artışları yaşandığını ortaya koydu. Daha önce 3-4 şekele (yaklaşık 1-1.5 dolar) satılan bazı ürünlerin fiyatı 15-16 şekele (yaklaşık 5 dolar) kadar yükseldi. Meyve fiyatlarında da benzer bir tablo gözleniyor. Sezon başında 9-10 şekel (yaklaşık 3 dolar) olan bir kilo meyvenin 45-50 şekele (15-16 dolar) kadar çıktığı, sınırlı arz nedeniyle fiyatların hızla yükseldiği belirtiliyor. Esnaf, fiyat artışlarının çok sınırlı bir kesimin alışveriş yapabildiği bir seviyeye ulaştığını, nüfusun büyük bölümünün ise dış yardımlar veya yurt dışı para transferleriyle ayakta kalmaya çalıştığını ifade ediyor. Uzmanlar ve yerel kaynaklar, fiyat artışlarının yalnızca arz eksikliğinden değil, İsrail’in devam eden saldırıları, abluka ve insani yardım girişlerine yönelik kısıtlamalarının etkisiyle artan üretim maliyetlerinden de kaynaklandığını vurguluyor. Yakıt, su ve işçilik maliyetlerindeki yükselişin yerel üretimi de daha pahalı hale getirdiği ifade ediliyor. Gazze’deki kaynaklar, bölgeye giren mal miktarının ihtiyacın yalnızca yüzde 15 ila 20’sini karşıladığını aktarıyor. Günlük yardım taşıyan tır girişlerinin azalması, piyasadaki arz dengesini bozarak fiyatların dalgalanmasına neden oluyor. Bu durum, Gazze hükümetinin 12 Nisan'da yaptığı “İsrail'in sistematik aç bırakma politikası” uyarılarını da destekler nitelikte. Hükümet, İsrail’in özellikle un ve temel gıda maddelerinin girişini kısıtlayarak 2,4 milyondan fazla insanın gıda güvenliğini tehdit ettiğini açıklamıştı. Gazze’deki Hükümetin Medya Ofisinden Teysir Muhaysin, basına yaptığı açıklamada, yaşanan fiyat artışlarının ve kıtlığın sistematik bir politika sonucunda ortaya çıktığını belirttti. “Yaşananlar, nüfusa yönelik sistematik bir aç bırakma ve baskı politikasının parçasıdır. Bu uygulamaların devam etmesi Gazze’yi uçuruma sürüklüyor. diyen Muhaysin, Gazze’ye giren yardım miktarına ilişkin olarak ise şu bilgileri paylaştı: “Girmesi gereken yardım tırlarının yalnızca yüzde 38’i Gazze’ye ulaşabiliyor. Oysa anlaşmaya göre günde 600 tırın giriş yapması gerekiyor. Bu durum temel ürünlerde ciddi eksikliğe ve fiyatların hızla yükselmesine neden oluyor.” Yüz binlerce yerinden edilmiş kişinin temel yaşam koşullarından yoksun çadırlarda yaşadığını, yakıt ve gaz kıtlığının da ciddi boyutlara ulaştığını belirten Muhaysin, ailelere verilen gaz miktarının iki aydan uzun süre için yalnızca birkaç kilogramla sınırlı kaldığını ve bunun günlük ihtiyaçları karşılamadığını söyledi. Gazze’de siviller, artan fiyatlar ve sınırlı arz nedeniyle temel ihtiyaçlarını karşılamakta büyük zorluk yaşıyor. Yerel kaynaklara göre birçok aile gıda ürünlerini borçla temin ederken, yardım gelmediği dönemlerde ciddi sıkıntılar yaşanıyor. Birçok kişi hayır kurumlarının aşevlerine yönelirken, ekmek üretimindeki aksaklıklar nedeniyle uzun kuyruklar oluşuyor. Muhaysin ayrıca Gazze’nin yüz ölçümünün yaklaşık yarısından fazlasının İsrail kontrolü altında bulunduğunu, bu nedenle 2,5 milyon insanın çok daha dar bir alana sıkıştığını ifade etti. Muhaysin, ateşkesin uygulanmasını denetlemesi beklenen uluslararası mekanizmaların sahadaki gerçekleri yansıtmadığını belirterek, yardım girişlerine ilişkin açıklamaların mevcut tabloyla örtüşmediğini dile getirdi. Bölgede insani krizin derinleşmesiyle birlikte uzmanlar, mevcut koşulların devam etmesi halinde gıda güvenliğinin daha da kötüleşeceği uyarısında bulunuyor.
