Fatal stabbing rocks Geelong with group of two men and a woman seen running from the area

Published: 15:26, 21 June 2026 | Updated: 15:29, 21 June 2026 A man has been killed in a stabbing attack in Geelong, with police searching for two men and a woman who witnesses said fled the scene. The attack unfolded about 12.40pm on Sunday afternoon in the suburb of Norlene. The man was found bleeding on Alkira Avenue by emergency services who attempted to save his life.  He unfortunately died at the scene, while another woman, aged in her 20s, was treated for minor injuries. Victoria Police said it is believed all the parties were known to each other before the altercation. An investigation is underway by the the homicide squad.
