Bombay High Court seeks Centre’s reply to PIL for welfare of patients of rare neurological disorder

Faced with the "death sentence" of SSPE, desperate parents in Maharashtra have approached the High Court with a heartbreaking ultimatum: either grant their children the ₹50 lakh medical aid for rare diseases or permit "passive euthanasia" to end their suffering.
