Aussie's $30,000 fight to return home after dream holiday in Bai to celebrate a wedding is derailed by horrific scooter crash

Amy Donohue has been left with a $30,000 medical bill, with the devastated bride of the wedding launching a GoFundMe to help raise the money to bring her friend back to Australia.  'What should have been a beautiful trip has turned into something none of us could ever have imagined,' the fundraiser reads. 'We are now doing everything we possibly can to arrange the care and transport needed to bring Amy home safely to Australia. 'For Amy, her family and everyone who loves her, the only priority right now is making sure she receives the care she needs and gets home safely.  'The financial cost of the emergency evacuation, hospital treatment, ongoing medical care and getting her home is becoming overwhelming.' Ms Donohue was in Bali for the friend's wedding, with one person writing on her Instagram that the celebrations were 'a week-long bender'. Ms Donohue runs a healing studio on the Gold Coast called 'The Healing Cottage'.
