Çin'i, ABD'nin "en büyük jeopolitik düşmanı" olarak görüp görmediği sorusuna Rubio, "Bu hem jeopolitik olarak en büyük siyasi zorluğumuz hem de yönetmemiz gereken en önemli ilişki.
