Ligde son 4 sırayı alan Serikspor, Sakaryaspor, Atakaş Hatayspor ve Adana Demirspor, Nesine 2. Lig'e düştü. Erzurumspor FK'nin 2017-18 ve 2019-20 sezonlarının ardından üçüncü kez Süper Lig vizesi aldığı ligde Amed Sportif Faaliyetler ilk defa Süper Lig'e çıkma başarısı gösterdi. Erzurumspor FK Teknik Direktörü Serkan Özbalta, 2018-19'da Keçireörengücü'nü ve 2020-21'de Manisa FK'yi 2. Lig'den 1. Lig'e taşıdıktan sonra 1. Lig'de ilk şampiyonluğunu yaşadı. Amed Sportif Faaliyetler'de son hafta öncesinde teknik direktör Mesut Bakkal'ın yerine getirilen Sertaç Küçükbayrak, takımını Süper Lig'e taşıyan 126. çalıştırıcı oldu. Son haftaya kadar ilk 2 yarışının içinde olan ancak averajla bu şansını kaybeden Esenler Erokspor, ligi üçüncü bitirerek, doğrudan play-off finaline yükseldi. Play-off'ta tek maç üzerinden oynanacak ilk tur müsabakalarında Arca Çorum FK, Emre Gökdemir İnşaat Ankara Keçiörengücü'nü, Sipay Bodrum FK ise Atko Group Pendikspor'u 7 Mayıs Perşembe günü saat 20.00'de konuk edecek. Bu turu geçen ekipler, çift maç üzerinden oynanacak 2. turda karşılaşacak. Tur atlayan takım, 24 Mayıs Pazar günü Medaş Konya Büyükşehir Stadı'ndaki finalde Esenler Erokspor ile Süper Lig'e çıkma mücadelesi verecek. Bu sezon 32. kez oynanacak play-off'ta Esenler Erokspor, Çorum FK ve Ankara Keçiörengücü ilk kez mücadele edecek. Bodrum FK üçüncü, Pendikspor da ikinci kez play-off'ta yer alacak. Bu iki ekipten Bodrum FK 2023-24'te, Pendikspor da 2022-23'te play-off'tan Süper Lig'e vize aldı. Hatayspor’un beşinci, Adana Demirspor ile Sakaryaspor’un üçüncü kez düştüğü ligde bu sezon ilk kez yer alan Serikspor da veda üzüntüsü yaşadı. Amed Sportif Faaliyetler'in Süper Lig'e yükselmesine 29 golle katkı veren Mbaye Diagne, bu sezon ligde en fazla gol atan isim oldu.
