أعلنت مجموعة موانئ أبوظبي، الاثنين، عن توقيع اتفاقية للاستحواذ على شركة "إم بي إس اللوجستية" (MBS Logistics)، العالمية الرائدة في تقديم الخدمات اللوجستية المتكاملة والتي تتخذ من ألمانيا مقراً لها، وذلك في صفقة بلغت قيمتها الإجمالية (القيمة المؤسسية) 300 مليون درهم (ما يعادل 70 مليون يورو).
