قالت مسؤولة في مجلس الاحتياط الفيدرالي (البنك المركزي الأميركي) إن زيادة سعر الفائدة الأميركية قد يكون قرارا مناسبا إذا استمر التضخم أعلى من المستوى الذي يستهدفه المجلس وهو 2 بالمئة، في أحدث إشارة إلى أن أعضاء مجلس الاحتياط يبتعدون عن احتمال خفض أسعار الفائدة.
