Sitapur police have arrested Nagendra, 25, for the murder of self-styled occultist Pardesi Baba. Nagendra allegedly killed the occult practitioner, believing he had influenced his mother for nearly two decades. The accused confessed to slitting the victim's throat and driving nails into his body, driven by a long-standing grievance. Evidence was recovered, including the murder weapon.
