Yankees' Jasson Domínguez carted off after slamming into left-field wall

NEW YORK — New York Yankees left fielder Jasson Domínguez was carted off the field one batter into Thursday’s game after slamming face-first into the outfield wall.Domínguez made a spectacular catch at the wall to rob Texas Rangers designated hitter Brandon Nimmo of extra bases and somehow held on to the ball after a brutal collision with the chain-link fence in left field. Domínguez remained on the ground for several minutes as the Yankees’ training staff tended to him. Domínguez underwent an on-field concussion test and had his left shoulder examined.
