A man described locally as being a teenager has been shot dead in a London street, sparking a murder investigation.Armed police flooded parts of Woolwich following the fatal attack in Lord Warwick Street, near Woolwich Dockyard, at about 3.40pmUnconfirmed reports circulating locally suggest a teenage boy, believed to be around 16 years old, has died after being shot. Three men have been arrested in connection with the incident and remain in custody.
