"Out of respect for the family and those impacted, we ask for continued prayers, compassion, and privacy during this incredibly difficult time."In another post on Monday, the restaurant said a grief support team met with staff and community members following the tragic incident."Today's support session meant more than words can express to many people who have been emotionally affected by the events of that evening." The case is being investigated as an accident, Clarendon County Coroner Jacqueline Blackwell told the BBC.An autopsy is scheduled for 27 May, she added.The BBC has contacted the restaurant and the Clarendon County Fire Department and Sheriff's Department.South Carolina
