Woman arrested for flashing handgun at Taco Bell employee over long wait

Ashley Andrews, 30, was placed under arrest on Thursday after she flashed a handgun from under her shirt at employees of the fast-food restaurant in Chester, according to officials. Employees told deputies of the Queen Anne's County Office of the Sheriff that Andrews became upset over the wait time and threatened them to come outside as she showed her firearm. Officials said when they arrived, they found the hungry woman and another person, who was also detained, arguing with workers inside the restaurant. They removed Andrews' firearm before confirming on surveillance and cell phone footage that she threatened the staff. Andrews was charged with 2nd Degree Assault, Handgun on Person, Disturbing the Peace/Disorderly Conduct, and Reckless Endangerment. She has been banned from the Taco Bell. To make matters worse, police added that she never got her tacos.
