It has, and will take place Friday, July 24 at the Waldorf Astoria, which just so happens to be the old Trump hotel. The President, again, plans to attend, and mentalist Oz Pearlman has been rebooked as the entertainer. For this week's DC Insider poll we want to know what VIP you'd like to sit next to at the rebooted dinner.
