He was a calming figure in the backline against a revitalised Spurs under their new manager Roberto de Zerbi. Nico O'Reilly (Manchester City): Is O'Reilly the player of the season for City? I could easily make the argument that he has been the most consistent performance for the club. He has nine goals in all competitions this season and considering he has played as a left-back for most the season, that is frightening. He once again had a huge impact against Chelsea and I hope that hamstring injury is not that bad. Konstantinos Mavropanos (West Ham): A huge performance when West Ham needed it. It was the biggest game of their season and Mavropanos had a dominating performance in defence while also producing two goals. He made some big tackles and big headers. It was a wonderful display. Mats Wieffer (Brighton): Scoring two goals as a right-back is fantastic but Wieffer's finishes for his double at Burnley were unbelievable. He helped his side get an important win that will boost their hopes of qualifying for European competition. Rio Ngumoha (Liverpool): What a talent this kid is! Young, energetic, carefree. He is not afraid to go at his defender and makes something happen every single time. It was a wonderful goal.
