Watch the moment an American GB News guest offered a scathing snap verdict on the state of Britain's military after learning of a "major gap" threatening the country's defences.
Britain's News Channel last night shed light on a critical blind spot in the UK's ballistic missile (ABM) defence systems.
And Laurie Watkins, a former adviser to Barack Obama and Pentagon official, said she had "learned so much about, unfortunately, the porous and vulnerable state that your military is in" from her appearances on The Poeople's Channel.
"I am just flabbergasted at every turn, I really am," Ms Watkins added. "I'm sorry - because it should not be that way. I never remembered it that way.
"In all of my years studying foreign policy and the UK as an ally... just, really, never."
