However, several Victorians reported feeling the shake online. 'Thought I was dreaming but I felt a little rumble all the way out in Carlisle River,' one wrote. 'Felt in Apollo Bay. Quite noticeable,' another said. 'I felt it on Phillip Island,' another wrote.
