It turns out, cats "make biscuits" or knead to send you messages, and you may be floored to learn the things they're trying to tell you.Vet Dr Nicole Rous recently shared expert advice on the topic to help people better understand their animals. It's super important to know, as the knowledge could help you relate to them more, and it's also just a super cute piece of pet trivia to learn all about too.It's not the only story of its kind to be shared either. Previously, it was revealed cats also do something super annoying to show they love you.Dr Nicole said: "Do you know why cats knead or make biscuits, as people like to say? It's so cute. It's really interesting."There are some scientific studies on this, and there's three main reasons. Number one is like a relaxation or stress behaviour where they are just calming themselves down, and that's related to the nursing behaviour from when they're kittens."Number two, and this behaviour has been seen in wild cats, it's to sort of knead or tamp their bedding before bed to sort of settle that in.
