Newcastle Crown Court heard Kirkham left the dad with a fractured sternum and pulled a chunk of hair from his partner's head while throwing her to the ground, all while their terrified daughters were crying.‌The couple and their two daughters, aged three and nine, were driving to get a pet on Saturday, March 15.
