Ukraine to receive $14.4 million in aid from Canada
MOSCOW, April 2. /TASS/. Ukraine will receive 20 million Canadian dollars ($14.4 million) in financial aid from Ottawa to rebuild its energy sector, Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko reported. "We appreciate Canada’s consistent support <...> and the recently announced contribution of 20 million Canadian dollars to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund," she wrote on her Telegram channel. Ukraine has been experiencing power supply issues since late 2025 due to severe weather and extensive damage to its energy infrastructure.
