In the last week, prices have risen dramatically as oil soared back above $100 (£75), prompting experts to warn that fuel prices will rise further.
Drivers around the UK are currently paying an average of 156.19p per litre for petrol and 173.15p for diesel.
Prices have spiked since the end of February after the United States and Israel launched strikes against Iran, prompting the outbreak of war.

Experts have also continually urged motorists to search around for the cheapest fuel in their area using price comparison apps, with estimates from the Government suggesting that drivers could save up to 6p per litre when using its Fuel Finder tool.
