The firm went into compulsory liquidation on February 6 and liquidators were appointed yesterday (May 27). Compulsory liquidation is a legal process where an insolvent company is forcibly shut down by a court order. It is typically initiated by creditors who are owed more than £750 and can prove the business is unable to pay its debts. The court then appoints an Official Receiver to liquidate the company's assets to repay debts. Gareth Howarth and Philip Lawrence of AMS Business Recover in Manchester have been appointed as liquidators.
