UConn men's Final Four record shows title win may be inevitable

March is supposed to be unpredictable. That is the entire allure of March Madness.  Brackets fall apart, favorites go home, and someone unexpected makes a run that nobody saw coming. Then there is the UConn Huskies. Because what they just did to the Illinois Fighting Illini on Saturday felt very familiar. UConn pulled away for a 71-62 win over Illinois to punch its ticket to the national championship game, controlling the game late and closing it out without much drama.  There was no chaos, and it was not some Cinderella story pulling off a miracle.  UConn did exactly what it does when it gets to this stage.
