açıklamada, Akşener'in, örgütün 144 ülkeyi incelediği 406 sayfalık "Dünyada İnsan Haklarının Durumu 2025/26 Raporu"na ilişkin değerlendirmelerine yer verildi. Akşener, raporun tüm dünyada silahlı çatışmalar, otoriterleşme eğilimleri, ekonomik ve sosyal krizler ile iklim krizinin kesişiminde şekillenen çok katmanlı bir hak ihlalleri tablosuna işaret ettiğini kaydetti. Rapora göre özellikle Orta Doğu ve Kuzey Afrika'nın ihlallerin en yoğun yaşandığı bölgeler olduğunu belirten Akşener, "Rapordaki önemli bir nokta da uluslararası mekanizmaların etkisizliği oldu. Özellikle ABD, İsrail ve Rusya'nın saldırgan tutumları, uluslararası hukuku daha da zayıflattı. Orta Doğu'da giderek şiddetlenen çatışmalar, bu kural tanımazlığın sonucu. Akşener, Gazze'de hastaneler, eğitim kurumları ve altyapı hedef alınarak, Gazzelilerin dönüş ve yeniden bir yaşam kurma ihtimalinin ortadan kaldırılmasının hedeflendiğini vurgulayarak, "2025 itibarıyla bölgede 849 kontrol noktası ve yol engeli tespit edildi, 1600'den fazla yerleşimci saldırısı kaydedildi. 2009'dan bu yana en yüksek yıkım ve zorla tahliye sayıları rapor edildi. Çoğu devlet, İsrail'in soykırımını durdurmak veya dünyada uluslararası hukuk suçlarını körükleyen sorumsuz silah ve teknoloji transferlerine son vermek için somut adımlar atmayarak, İsrail'e yönelik cezasızlık politikasıyla ve büyük ölçüdeki sessizliğiyle suç ortağı oldu." değerlendirmesinde bulundu. İsrail Meclisinin Filistinli esirlere yönelik idam cezası yasasına değinen Akşener, şunları kaydetti: "İsrail yetkililerinin geçen ay çıkardığı, yalnızca Filistinlileri hedef alan ve Filistinlilerin devlet destekli infazına izin verecek yeni ölüm cezası yasası da işte bu sessizliğin eseri. Yasa, Filistinli sanıklar hakkında yüzde 99'un üzerinde mahkumiyet oranı olan, kanuna dayalı yargı sürecini hiçe saydığı bilinen askeri mahkemelere, fiilen zorunlu ölüm cezası verme ve kararın açıklanmasından sonraki 90 gün içinde infazın gerçekleştirilmesini isteme yetkisi veriyor." Akşener, raporun sorunları tespit etmekle kalmadığını, çözüm önerileri ve çağrılarla harekete geçme vaktinin geldiğini de gösterdiğini vurgulayarak, "Devletleri, taviz politikalarından derhal vazgeçmeye, saldırgan bir dünya düzeninin kuruluşuna karşı koymaya çağırıyoruz. Uluslararası Af Örgütü olarak biz de özellikle AB'nin İsrail'le ortaklık anlaşmasını bitirmesi, savaş suçlarına neden olacak silah transferlerinin durdurulması konusundaki çalışmalarımızı yoğunlaştıracağız." ifadelerine yer verdi. Raporda, İsrail'in Ekim 2025'teki ateşkes anlaşmasına rağmen Gazze'deki soykırımına ve tüm Filistinlilere yönelik apartheid sistemine devam ettiği, Gazze'nin neredeyse tüm konutlarını, tarihi binalarını ve sivil altyapısını imha ettiği, Doğu Kudüs dahil işgal altındaki Batı Şeria'daki yasa dışı yerleşimlerin genişlemesini hızlandırdığı, 2 milyon Gazzelinin hukuka aykırı şekilde yerinden edildiği, 2025'te 26 bin 791 Filistinlinin öldürüldüğü ve 64 bin 65 kişinin yaralandığı aktarıldı. 2025 ortası itibarıyla yarım milyondan fazla Filistinlinin kıtlık seviyesinde açlık riskiyle karşı karşıya olduğu belirtilen raporda, yalnızca temmuz ayında 13 bin çocuğun akut yetersiz beslenme nedeniyle hastanelerde tedavi altına alındığı kaydedildi. Raporda, İsrail yetkililerinin yerleşimcilerin cezasızlıkla Filistinlilere saldırmalarına daha fazla izin verdiği, Filistinlilere yönelik keyfi gözaltı ve tutukluların işkenceye maruz bırakılması da dahil şiddet eylemlerinden övgüyle söz ettikleri, İsrail'in aynı zamanda Lübnan, İran, Katar, Suriye ve Yemen'de askeri saldırılar düzenlediği, sivillerin öldürüldüğü ve yaralandığı belirtildi. ABD, İsrail ve Rusya'nın uluslararası hesap verebilirlik mekanizmalarını, özellikle de Uluslararası Ceza Mahkemesi'ni (UCM) daha da zayıflattığına dikkat çekilen raporda, Trump yönetiminin UCM çalışanlarına, mahkemeyle işbirliği yapan kuruluşlara ve işgal altındaki Filistin toprağına ilişkin BM Özel Raportörü'ne yaptırım uygularken, Rusya mahkemelerinin UCM yetkilileri hakkında yakalama kararları çıkardığı aktarıldı.
