Turkish political parties, including the ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) and its ally Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), have dismissed the main opposition Republican People's Party’s (CHP) attempt to push for interim parliamentary elections. “Can Mr. Özgür Özel persuade 22 CHP lawmakers to resign?
