Yaşatıyorsan Hilal Olsun Türkiye" sloganıyla gelenekselleşen vekaletle kurban kesim kampanyasını başlattıklarını söyledi. Kurban dönemlerinin kendileri için yoğun ancak huzurlu günler olduğunu belirten Yılmaz, bir yandan bağışları takip ettiklerini diğer yandan da uluslararası operasyonları planlayarak gönüllü görevlendirmeleri yaptıklarını dile getirdi. Bu yıl kurban bedellerinin yurt içi ve Gazze için 17 bin 250 lira, yurt dışı için ise 6 bin 350 lira olarak belirlendiğini aktaran Yılmaz, yurt içi ve Gazze modelinin önemine dikkati çekti. Türkiye'de kesilen kurbanların konserve haline getirilerek yıl boyunca ihtiyaç sahiplerine ulaştırıldığını kaydeden Yılmaz, Gazze'de yaşanan sınır geçişleri ve enerji sorunları nedeniyle 2 yıldır aynı modelin uygulandığını anlattı. Yılmaz, Gazze için hazırlanan konservelerin tamamen bölge içinde dağıtıldığını belirterek, "Son 2 yılda 1 milyon 300 bin konserve Gazze'ye girdi ve bizzat insanlara teslim edildi. Bu Gazze'de yaşayan her aileye 2 konserve iletildiği anlamına geliyor. Büyük bir rakam. Bu yıl da yine aynı şekilde Gazze'ye konserve yapıp, yine oraya Türk halkının yardımı şeklinde götürecek şekilde konumlandırdık." dedi. Filistin'e gidecek konservelerin üzerinde "Filistin Gazze Kurban Kavurması" yazdığını ve tamamen Gazze içinde dağıtıldığını dile getiren Yılmaz, "Onun haricindeki kurban paylarında da hem kıyma hem de kuşbaşı formatında olanlar var. İçerisinde ne kadar yağ, ne kadar su, et olduğu belli olan standardize bir şekilde pişirilmiş ve açıldığı zaman tüketmeye hazır ürünlerdir." bilgisini verdi. Kurban organizasyonlarını yurt içi ve yurt dışı şeklinde yürüttüklerini ifade eden Yılmaz, kurban kesimlerinin veteriner kontrolünde, noter gözetiminde ve kayıt altına alınarak gerçekleştirildiğini kaydetti. Kesimlere din görevlilerinin de eşlik ettiğini belirten Yılmaz, "Bu yıl 30 ülkeye planlama yaptık. Personelimiz, gönüllülerimiz önceden giderek yoğun bir şekilde ayarlamalarını ve planlamaları yapıyor. Kesimler gerçekleştikten sonra yurt dışındaki 30 ülkede taze et olarak Kurban Bayramı süresince gönüllülerimiz eliyle dağıtılmış olacak." diye konuştu. Vekalet bağışlarının Türk Kızılay internet sitesi, mobil uygulama, 168 çağrı merkezi, banka ve şubeler aracılığıyla yapılabileceğini bildiren Yılmaz, "Burada 2 ila 4 taksit yapabildiğimizi vurgulamak lazım. Bayramda idari izin genişledi. Son güne kadar EFT ve havale işlemleri yapılabilecek. Bizim de sistemlerimiz kapanmayacak." açıklamasını yaptı. Yılmaz, vekaletin alınmasının ardından bağışçılara SMS ve e-posta bilgilendirmesi yapıldığını, kesim işlemleri tamamlandıktan sonra ise mesaj gönderildiğini sözlerine ekledi.
