açıklamasına göre, söz konusu işlem, mevcut küresel piyasa koşulları dikkate alındığında son dönemin en dikkati çekici ihraçlarından biri olarak öne çıkıyor. Uluslararası piyasalarda süregelen belirsizlik ortamına karşın, Türk Eximbank, başarılı bir tahvil ihracına imza attı. Güçlü yatırımcı ilgisi sayesinde tahvilin nihai getirisi, başlangıç seviyesine kıyasla 47,5 baz puan iyileşerek gerçekleşti. Yatırımcı talebinin gücü doğrultusunda başlangıçta 500 milyon dolar olarak öngörülen ihraç büyüklüğü 650 milyon dolara yükseltildi. İşlemde yeni ihraç primi oluşmaması, Türk Eximbank’ın uluslararası yatırımcılar nezdindeki güçlü kredibilitesini ve güvenilir konumunu bir kez daha teyit etti. Ayrıca ABD Hazine tahvilleri referans alındığında oluşan risk primi seviyesi, Türk Eximbank’ın önceki işlemlerine kıyasla en düşük düzeyde gerçekleşti. Tamamı Türkiye Hazinesi’ne ait olan Türk Eximbank tarafından gerçekleştirilen bu ihraç, küresel ölçekte devam eden belirsizliklere rağmen uluslararası yatırımcıların Türkiye’ye duyduğu güvenin sürdüğünü ortaya koydu. İşleme dünya genelinde toplam 116 kurumsal yatırımcı katılırken, özellikle Amerika, Kıta Avrupası ve Asya’daki uzun vadeli yatırımcı ilgisinde geçen yıla kıyasla belirgin bir artış gözlendi. Tahvilin yatırımcı dağılımında Avrupa yüzde 59 ile ilk sırada yer alırken, Orta Doğu ve Asya yüzde 21, Amerika ise yüzde 20 pay aldı. Yatırımcı tabanının yüzde 78’ini uluslararası varlık yönetim şirketleri ve kurumsal yatırımcılar oluşturdu. Bu çeşitlilik, işlemin küresel ölçekte dengeli ve güçlü bir talep yapısıyla karşılandığının da bir göstergesi olarak değerlendirildi. Bu tahvil ihracıyla beraber Türk Eximbank, uluslararası piyasalardan 2026 yılının ilk dört ayında toplam 4 milyar dolar yeni kaynak temin etmiş oldu. Açıklamada görüşlerine yer verilen Türk Eximbank Genel Müdürü Ali Güney, küresel piyasalardaki belirsizliklere rağmen son derece başarılı bir tahvil ihracı gerçekleştirmekten dolayı mutlu olduklarını belirtti. Güney, sağladıkları 650 milyon dolar tutarındaki kaynağın Türk Eximbank’ın orta ve uzun vadeli fonlama stratejisinin önemli bir bileşenini oluşturduğunu ifade ederek, "Zorlu küresel piyasa koşullarına rağmen yaklaşık 2,5 milyar dolar düzeyinde talep toplanması, Türk Eximbank’ın uluslararası yatırımcılar nezdindeki güçlü konumunu ve Türkiye ekonomisine duyulan güveni açık biçimde ortaya koymaktadır." ifadelerini kullandı. Güçlü talep sayesinde tahvil getirisinin 47,5 baz puan iyileşmesinin de kendileri için sevindirici olduğunu aktaran Güney, şunları kaydetti: "Bu sonucun, jeopolitik gelişmelerin ve dalgalı makroekonomik görünümün belirleyici olduğu bir dönemde elde edilmesi ise ayrıca önem taşımaktadır. Uygun ihraç zamanlamasının isabetli şekilde değerlendirilmesi ve süreç boyunca sürdürülen disiplinli iletişim, bu başarının temel unsurları arasında yer almıştır. Türk Eximbank olarak, ihracatçılarımızın uluslararası pazarlardaki rekabet gücünü artırmaya yönelik uygun koşullu finansman sağlamayı ve Türkiye’nin dış ticaret hedeflerine katkı sunmayı kararlılıkla sürdüreceğimizi bir kez daha vurgulamak istiyorum."
