The service went live Saturday: a subscription to his social media platform, Truth Social, that allows financial firms and other organizations to get alerts for new posts made by Trump and other top accounts before general users do. Trump Media and Technology Group, which owns the platform, launched the new high-speed data feed called “Truth API,” describing it as giving firms “a direct, licensed, real-time feed of the platform’s most market-moving Truths.”Trump, who has the largest following on the platform by far with 13 million followers, has used Truth Social as his go-to platform to release official statements throughout his second term, including to announce that he was imposing sweeping new tariffs or to declare major military operations.
