Official renderings released this week show a sweeping white arch adorned with gold leaf detailing, bearing the words "One Nation Under God" emblazoned in gold lettering across its summit.‌The structure is planned for Memorial Circle, a traffic roundabout close to Arlington National Cemetery, on the opposite bank of the Potomac River from the Lincoln Memorial, which stands just 99 feet tall.
