توقيع اتفاقية إنشاء مشروع سياحي بمنطقة البستان بمسقط بـ150 مليون ريال

وقّعت وزارة التراث والسياحة اليوم مع الشركة العُمانية للتنمية السياحية “مجموعة عُمران” اتفاقية تطوير مجمع سياحي متكامل (مشروع سياحي متعدد الاستخدامات) بمنطقة البستان بولاية مسقط على مساحة تُقدّر بنحو 138 ألف متر مربع، وبتكلفة تقدر بنحو 150 مليون ريال عُماني، على أن يتم التنفيذ خلال 4 سنوات.

وقّع الاتفاقية من جانب الوزارة معالي السيد إبراهيم بن سعيد البوسعيدي وزير التراث والسياحة، فيما وقّعها عن “مجموعة عُمران” المهندس عيّاد بن علي البلوشي الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة.

وأوضح معالي وزير التراث والسياحة أن أهمية المشروع تتمثل في موقعه بوسط محافظة مسقط مما يعد إضافة للوحدات السياحية في المحافظة، كما يتواءم مع جغرافية مسقط وطبيعتها الجبلية، مضيفًا أن المشروع وجهة مميزة حيث يضم ” مارينا”، الأمر الذي سيعزز من استقطاب سياحة اليخوت.

ويهدف المشروع إلى إنشاء وجهة متكاملة تحت إدارة المشغل العالمي “فورسيزونز”، حيث يضم فندقًا عالميًّا بسعة 200 غرفة، إلى جانب وحدات سكنية فاخرة متاحة للتملك الحر تحمل العلامة التجارية بعدد 91 وحدة، كما يشمل المشروع مجموعة من المرافق المتكاملة، من بينها مرسى، ونادٍ لليخوت، ومرافق بحرية، ومطاعم ومنافذ تجزئة، إلى جانب مرافق خدمية وبنية أساسية متطورة، بما يوفر تجربة سياحية متكاملة للزوار والمقيمين.

ويأتي توقيع هذه الاتفاقية تأكيدًا على التزام وزارة التراث والسياحة بتعزيز البنية الأساسية للقطاع السياحي، بما يسهم في تعزيز المحتوى المحلي، وتوفير فرص عمل، تحقيقًا لمستهدفات القطاع السياحي بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية عُمان 2040.
