12.58 Chantilly - Tokaido faces King Of Cloughan and Beibhinn

A classy field of three head to post for this Group Two Prix Robert Papin at Chantilly.

Amy Murphy saddles Tokaido who recorded a third success on his fourth outing when comfortably claiming the Group Three Prix du Bois under Tony Piccone. That was his first try at six-furlongs and his connections are expecting him to handle this step up in class.

Joseph O'Brien is double handed with King Of Cloughan the pick. A son of St Mark's Basilica, he built on his first couple of starts to take the Windsor Castle Stakes at the Royal meeting. Only on top late on, he will appreciate a decent pace here under new rider Pierre-Charles Boudot.

Beibhinn landed a Listowel maiden on her second start before an excellent third in this grade at the Curragh so cannot be discounted.

4.35 Chantily - Exciting Erdenali bids to remain unbeaten

Erdenali looks to extend his winning run in an excellent Group Three Prix Messidor at 4.35pm.

Francis-Henri Graffard's gelding is unbeaten in all three starts having burst onto the scene at Saint-Cloud back in March. He takes another step up the ladder here but could prove equal to the test and remains a highly promising prospect.

Christopher Ferland's Silius is a solid yardstick who has claimed silver on his last two starts at this level so must be feared if in similar spirits.

Dark Trooper and Familly complete the shortlist.

5.22 Newton Abbot - Prolific pair No More No and Edgewell clash

In-form duo No More No and Edgewell lock horns in this closing Sun Racing Summer Jumps Championship Handicap Chase at Newton Abbot.

Lawney Hill's No More No returned from a layoff to make it two wins from two starts over fences and he makes appeal off a three-pound higher mark. Obviously not the easiest to train, he has been given time to recover from that outing.

Edgewell arrives in red-hot form having scored over this course and distance in June before claiming a Worcester handicap in game fashion last month. He enjoys quick ground and can give another bold showing.

The Grace Harris-trained My Girl Katie has won over this trip and track and cannot be ruled out.
