2026 - 21:19 تقنين القنب الهندي في 2025 .. إنتاج يفوق 19 ألف قنطار و4000 رخصة جديدة A A A A Reset إكسبريس تيفي: مصطفى الفيلالي أكد المدير العام للوكالة الوطنية لتقنين الأنشطة المتعلقة بالقنب الهندي، محمد الكروج، أن حصيلة إنجازات سنة 2025 سجلت طفرة نوعية، حيث بلغ الإنتاج الإجمالي 19 ألفا و576 قنطارا من المادة الجافة من القنب الهندي، مقابل 18 ألفا و810 قنطارا من هذه المادة خلال سنة 2024. وأوضح الكروج، في حوار خص به وكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء، أن الوكالة أصدرت وسلمت خلال سنة 2025 ما مجموعه 4147 رخصة جديدة، مما رفع العدد الإجمالي للتراخيص النشيطة إلى 5765 ترخيصا خلال موسم 2025. وأضاف أن التراخيص الموزعة شملت 5492 ترخيصا لنشاط الزراعة، (أي 99 في المائة من التراخيص) لفائدة 5318 فلاحا، إلى جانب 273 ترخيصا لمزاولة أنشطة التحويل والتسويق والتصدير واستيراد البذور والنقل لفائدة 183 فاعلا. وفي هذا السياق، أكد أن عملية منح الرخص تظل مشروطة قانونيا بإبرام عقود شراء رسمية مسبقة مع المنتجين المرخصين، وهي عقود تحدد ثمن الشراء وطريقة الأداء. وأشار المسؤول إلى أن المساحة الإجمالية المحصودة خلال سنة 2025 ناهزت 3141 هكتارا من طرف 4776 فلاحا، منها 2622 هكتار مخصصة للصنف المحلي “البلدية” و519 هكتار للصنف المستورد. وعلى مستوى التثمين الصناعي، أفاد السيد الكروج بأن خمسة فاعلين قاموا خلال سنة 2025 ببناء وتجهيز مصانع للتحويل بطاقة إجمالية بلغت 560 طنا، في حين يوجد 11 مصنعا آخر في طور الإنجاز، مبرزا أنه تم إعطاء الأولوية خلال سنة 2025 لعمليات التسويق، التي أثمرت تواجد المنتج الوطني من القنب الهندي في أزيد من 600 نقطة بيع مرخصة من طرف الوكالة. وفي ما يتعلق بتسجيل منتوجات القنب الهندي الدوائية، أبرز المدير العام للوكالة أنه تم خلال سنة 2025 تسجيل 110 منتجات لدى الوكالة المغربية للأدوية والمنتجات الصحية، منها 50 مكملا غذائيا، و59 منتجا تجميليا، ودواء واحدا، ليرتفع بذلك العدد الإجمالي للمنتجات المتاحة في السوق إلى 141 منتجا. وعلى الصعيد الدولي، أشار إلى أن المنتجات المغربية عززت حضورها في أزيد من سبع دول، تشمل فرنسا وسويسرا وجمهورية التشيك ولوكسمبورغ والبرتغال وأستراليا وجنوب إفريقيا، مدعومة ببعثات استكشافية نظمتها الوكالة نحو عدد من العواصم الأوروبية، بهدف التعريف والترويج للمنتوج الوطني من القنب الهندي. وشدد على أن هذه المنجزات تمت في إطار احترام صارم للضوابط القانونية، إذ أنجزت الوكالة 7526 عملية مراقبة، أسفرت عن سحب 111 ترخيصا من 85 فاعلا، وأدت إلى مباشرة مسطرة إنذار بسحب 150 ترخيصا من 85 فاعلا، وبسحب 1308 تراخيص زراعية من 1217 فلاحا. ونوه السيد الكروج، في هذا الصدد، بالانخراط التام للفاعلين والمستثمرين والفلاحين في احترام الضوابط القانونية، وبالتعبئة الشاملة
