Williams, who played only seven minutes in the Thunder’s victory over the San Antonio Spurs in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals on Wednesday, will undergo treatment and see how he feels. Game 3 of the series, which is tied at 1-1, is on Friday in San Antonio. The Thunder’s All-Star wing missed nearly a month with a left hamstring strain before returning to play 37 minutes in Game 1 of the West finals on Monday. He scored 26 points in a double-overtime loss. But he exited Wednesday’s game after playing only seven minutes to get treatment on the same hamstring.
