The former Fox News host was spotted entering the West Wing with a box that contained evidence, just hours after Trump complained she 'folded like an umbrella' on Monday, a source familiar with the meeting told the Daily Mail. Trump was livid when he learned that her DC office filed a motion in the DC Superior Court seeking to dismiss charges against former Olympic canoeist David Hearn, who was accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. In response, Pirro - also a former judge and district attorney, who was appointed as the US Attorney for Washington, DC, last year - personally detailed the evidence to the president who was angry but understanding, a source familiar with the meeting told the Daily Mail.  Pirro, who has the reputation of being no-nonsense, did not try to shift blame or pretend she was not aware of the severity of what had happened. 'She took the hit, she's a big girl, she can handle it,' the source said. But it was a mistake that she would be unable to fix.   'The case is institutionally over in the Justice Department. What's done is done, you can't reindict them,' the source said.
