Gray, who was 14 at the time of the shooting, entered a non-negotiated plea agreement meaning there will be no trial.His father was convicted of murder in March for giving his son the gun used in the shooting as a Christmas present.During an emotional victim impact statement, Breanna Schermerhorn told the court on Friday about waking every day to the reality her 14-year-old son is dead.
