2026•Güncelleme: 24 Nisan 2026İstanbulTürkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası (TCMB), 3 bin 103 hane halkı tarafından yanıtlanan nisan ayına ilişkin "Hanehalkı Beklenti Anketi" verilerini yayımladı. Buna göre, hane halkının 12 ay sonrası yıllık enflasyon beklentisi bir önceki aya göre 1,67 puan artarak yüzde 51,56 seviyesinde gerçekleşti. Hane halkının son bir yıl içinde fiyatlarının en çok arttığını değerlendirdiği ve gelecek 12 ay için fiyatlarının en çok artmasını beklediği ürün/hizmet grupları "gıda" ile "yakıt ve enerji" oldu. Gıdayı, fiyatı en çok artan ürün grupları arasında değerlendiren katılımcıların payı bir önceki aya göre 0,2 puan artarak yüzde 40,7'ye çıktı. Gelecek 12 ay sonunda konut fiyatlarındaki artış beklentisi bir önceki aya göre 0,18 puan artarak yüzde 35,23'e yükseldi. Gelecek 12 ay sonunda dolar kuru beklentisi geçen aya göre 0,03 lira azalarak 52,12 liraya gerildi. Katılımcıların yatırım tercihleri değerlendirildiğinde, ilk sırada yer alan "altın alırım" diyen katılımcıların oranı, geçen aya göre 6,4 puan azalarak yüzde 48,8 oldu. İkinci sırada yer alan "ev/dükkan/arsa vb. alırım" diyen katılımcıların oranı da geçen aya göre 4,9 puan artarak yüzde 33,4'e çıktı.
