تمكنت مصالح الجمارك، في إطار نشاطها العملياتي، من حجز كمية معتبرة من الكبد المهربة ذات منشأ أجنبي، قُدّرت بـ1000 كلغ، وذلك خلال الأسبوع الأخير من شهر رمضان المبارك.

وجاءت هذه العملية النوعية بعد تدخل الفرقة متعددة المهام للجمارك بخنشلة، بالتنسيق مع الفرقة المتنقلة للجمارك بأم البواقي، حيث تم ضبط هذه الكمية على متن مركبة نفعية غير مهيأة ومخالفة لشروط نقل هذا النوع من السلع، وكانت موجهة للتسويق.

وتندرج هذه العملية في سياق الجهود المتواصلة التي تبذلها مصالح الجمارك الجزائرية من أجل مكافحة التهريب، وحماية الاقتصاد الوطني، إلى جانب ضمان سلامة وصحة المستهلك.
