Jennifer Courtemanche, 47, pleaded guilty to a gross misdemeanor count of conspiracy to commit theft in June after being accused of stealing from her ex-boyfriend Gavin Maloof. Her plea came at the same time as her co-defendant, Brittany Burgess, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft.
