da destek veren bireylerin, sosyal medya kullanımında üç temel eğilimlerinin dikkati çektiğini belirtti. Katılımcıların bir kısmının gerçekleştirdikleri eylemleri kayıt altına alarak paylaştığını ve bu paylaşımlar üzerinden dijital görünürlük elde etmeye çalıştığını kaydeden Kurt, şunları söyledi: "Bu durum, sosyal medyada 'görünürlük eşittir etki' algısının genç kullanıcılar arasında güçlendiğini göstermektedir. Belirli etiketler etrafında kümelenen içerikler, kısa sürede dijital topluluklar oluşturmuş ve olayların çevrimiçi mobilizasyonunu hızlandırmıştır. Bu yapı, klasik örgütlenme modellerinden farklı olarak algoritma destekli anlık örgütlenme örneği sunmaktadır." Kurt, benzer görüşteki kullanıcıların birbirini beslediği kapalı dijital ağların, olaylara yönelik tek yönlü ve çoğu zaman doğrulanmamış bilgilerin yayılmasına zemin hazırladığını vurguladı. Sosyal medya algoritmalarının yüksek etkileşim alan içerikleri öne çıkararak olayların çok kısa sürede geniş kitlelere ulaşmasına neden olduğuna dikkati çeken Kurt, "Özellikle video içeriklerin, metin tabanlı paylaşımlara göre daha hızlı yayıldığı gözlemlenmiştir. İçeriklerin tek bir platformla sınırlı kalmadığı, farklı sosyal medya ağları arasında taşınarak çok katmanlı bir yayılım oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Bu durum, içerik kontrolünü zorlaştıran bir faktör olarak öne çıkmaktadır." diye konuştu. SODİGEM Müdür Yardımcısı Dr. Öğretim Üyesi Serap Uğur ise saldırı anına veya sonrasına ait görüntülerin farklı sosyal medya ağları üzerinde hızla yayılmasının, bu içeriklerin algoritmaların etkileşim odaklı yapısı nedeniyle çok sayıda kullanıcıya ulaşmasını sağladığını kaydetti. Bu yaşananların farklı riskleri de beraberinde getirdiğine dikkati çeken Uğur, şunları aktardı: "Olaylara ait görüntüler farklı kullanıcılar tarafından yeniden paylaşılırken içeriklerin bağlamı değişmiş ve bazı durumlarda yanlış veya eksik bilgilerle birlikte sunulmuştur. Bu süreç, dezenformasyon riskini önemli ölçüde artırmıştır. Vatandaşlar, saldırı anına ait görüntüleri paylaşarak saldırganların 'ünlü olma' amacına hizmet etmemeli, bu tür içerikleri gördükleri an 'şiddeti özendirme' gerekçesiyle raporlamalıdır. Özellikle genç kullanıcılar açısından sosyal medya, eylem öncesi motivasyon, eylem sırasında görünürlük aracı, eylem sonrasında ise anlamlandırma ve meşrulaştırma platformu olarak işlev görmektedir." Uğur, bu olayların sosyal medyanın yalnızca bir iletişim aracı olmadığını, aynı zamanda davranışları şekillendiren, hızlandıran ve dönüştüren bir sosyoteknik sistem olduğunu gösterdiğini belirtti. Ailelerin çocuklarının sadece hangi oyunu oynadığına değil, oyunda ne tür içeriklerle etkileşimde olduğuna, oyunun sohbet odalarında kimlerle, ne konuştuğuna dikkat etmesi gerektiğini vurgulayan Uğur, "Teknolojiden, sosyal medyadan ya da yapay zekadan kaçınmak değil, doğru kullanmayı bilmek ve uygulamak kritiktir. Bu tür olaylar karşısında toplumun duyarlı olması, içerikleri teyit etmeden hızlı paylaşıma sokmaması önemlidir." değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
