Sky Sport Italia reports that Roma are close to signing versatile Fenerbahce defender Jayden Oosterwolde, while Chelsea have rejected an initial bid for Jamie Gittens.
Roma are still working to complete their team for the 2026-27 season, and according to Sky Sport’s Gianluca Di Marzio, the Giallorossi are close to an agreement with Fenerbahce for 25-year-old defender Oosterwolde.

According to the report, a new round of talks between the two clubs will take place today, with the Giallorossi confident of reaching an agreement on a loan deal with an option to buy that becomes mandatory under certain conditions.
